The stainless steel double-end threaded idler roller is a passive component designed for material conveying and belt guiding systems.
- Its dual-bearing internal structure allows the roller body to rotate freely around the fixed threaded shaft core, minimizing friction and wear.
- The roller does not provide power; instead, it follows the movement of the belt or material, providing stable support, tensioning, and guiding to prevent belt deviation and ensure smooth operation of the entire system.
