Stainless steel single thread idler pulley with 304 stainless steel body and clear precise threads. Features smooth polished surface, waterproof, rust-proof and corrosion resistant. Working principle and selection logic
(1)Working Principle
- This single thread idler pulley is mainly used as a passive guiding and tensioning component in transmission systems. It does not provide active power, but rotates with the belt or chain under driving friction.
- Through high-quality double bearings, it realizes low friction, flexible rotation and low noise, ensuring stable operation of the belt or chain without jamming.
- The smooth polished surface reduces wear on the belt/chain, while the single thread structure is used for installation, fixation and position adjustment, so that the pulley can be tightly locked on the shaft or bracket.
- It performs the functions of tension compensation, direction guidance, path changing and slack elimination to maintain stable tension and consistent transmission accuracy.
- The 304 stainless steel body ensures anti-rust, waterproof and corrosion-resistant performance, allowing stable use in humid, dusty or light corrosive environments.

1.According to Installation Thread & Shaft Size
- Confirm thread specification: choose M6–M16 according to your mounting shaft.
- Confirm inner diameter (bore size): match the actual shaft diameter of your equipment.
