This PU Double Thread Idler Set features wear-resistant polyurethane rollers (30-90A hardness) mounted on 45# steel double-ended threaded shafts (M8/M10/M12/M16 available). Available in diameters 30–120mm with customizable wheel lengths and overall lengths, each roller is equipped with dual deep groove ball bearings and circlip for smooth, quiet, heavy-duty performance in industrial automation and conveyor systems. All standard sizes are in stock, and custom solutions based on drawings are supported.

(1)Working Principle
The PU double-thread idler set works as a driven roller in industrial conveyor and automation systems.
- The 45# steel shaft with double-ended threads provides a fixed, stable mounting point.
- The polyurethane-coated outer wheel contacts and guides the moving belt or material, reducing friction and wear.
- The dual deep groove ball bearings (with circlip) allow the wheel to rotate freely around the fixed shaft, converting sliding friction into low-resistance rolling friction.
